The manufacturing plant for composite elements is located in El Puerto de Santa María Cádiz (Cadiz), in a business park considered as Scientific-Technological by the Regional Department of Economy, Innovation and Science of the Andalusian Government. It shares its location with other major sectorial companies, such as Airbus Defence and Space and Alestis Aerospace.

Parts up to 14 m. long and 4.5 m. wide

5 and 3 axis technology adapted to aeronautical requirements and regulations. Proven experience in the field of composite elementals trimming, regardless of their size or geometrical complexity.

TECHNOLOGICAL ACCURACY

Laser tracker

Dimensional inspection of products and tooling using Laser Tracker technology, a service certifying its value regardless of the element to be measured.

OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY

Composite quality control for processes after manufacturing. Our A-Scan, C-Scan and Phased-Array acquisition systems can be equipped with features to improve productivity and flexibility in inspection techniques, ensuring that parts in various shapes and sizes are accessible.

HAND LAY-UP (HLU) / RTM -LRI

High technological value productive processes carried out by an expert team undergoing constant evolution. State-of-the-art equipment deployed in our Clean Room (class 8 ISO 14644-1) with 450 m2 of usable area. Autoclave-cured composite structures (10 m. long and 3 m. in diameter).

PARTS UP TO 14 M. LENGTH

The facility is composed of 2 oven-cabins with identical characteristics currently in service.

Complementing the CNC trimming service, we design and manufacture the tooling required to guarantee these operations according to customer specifications.

REPAIR OPERATIONS OF AERONAUTICAL DETAIL PARTS AND SUBASSEMBLIES MADE OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS. In addition to our production facilities, we also have autonomous repair consoles allowing us to carry out work on the product itself, wherever the customer needs it.
